Camera Privacy Notice

Virtual try-on uses your device camera to show glasses on your face in real time. Here is exactly how that video is handled.

Where processing happens

Face tracking runs locally in your browser. Your live camera video is not uploaded to our servers by default and is not recorded unless you explicitly take a snapshot.

Camera permission

Your browser will ask for camera permission before try-on starts. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your browser settings, try-on simply won't be available without it.

When you leave the page

The camera stream is stopped automatically when you navigate away from the try-on page.

Approximate measurements

Any face-width, PD, or fit estimate shown during try-on is an approximate visual estimate, not a calibrated medical measurement, and should be confirmed against your actual prescription.
