Is the prescription scan medically accurate?
No. Our OCR scan is a best-effort extraction of the text on your prescription image. You always review and confirm every field before it is saved, and WODOOH does not replace an eye examination.
What lens types do you offer?
Single vision and progressive lenses across 1.56, 1.61, and 1.67 index options, with optional coatings like anti-glare, blue-light filtering, and photochromic tinting.
How does virtual try-on work?
With your permission, we use your camera and on-device face tracking to overlay a frame on your face in real time. Video is processed locally and is not uploaded by default.
What is your shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders of SAR 200 or more; otherwise a flat SAR 25 fee. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within Saudi Arabia.
Can I return glasses?
Unworn frames and lenses can be returned within 14 days. Prescription lenses can only be returned for a manufacturing defect or a mismatch with your confirmed prescription. See our Returns policy.
How do I save multiple prescriptions?
Sign in and add prescriptions from My Account, then Prescriptions. You can name each one (e.g. "Daily glasses"), edit, delete, or set a default.
