Your prescription is sensitive health-related information. Here is how WODOOH handles it.

OCR is a best-effort extraction

When you upload a photo or PDF of your prescription, we use OCR (optical character recognition) to read the SPH, CYL, AXIS, ADD and PD values. This is a best-effort read, not a medically verified result, you must review and confirm every field before it is saved or used.

WODOOH does not replace an eye exam

Always get your prescription from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. WODOOH does not perform eye examinations.

Who can see your prescription

Your saved prescriptions are only visible to you when signed in, and to authorized WODOOH staff processing your order. Prescription values are never shown in bulk exports or shared with frame or lens manufacturers beyond what is needed to fulfil your order.

Deleting a prescription

You can delete any saved prescription at any time from My prescriptions.
