  • Prescription values you enter or confirm, and images you upload for OCR scanning.
  • Order details: shipping address, mobile number, order contents and totals.
  • Basic usage data needed to operate the site (e.g. session cookies for sign-in).

Prescription and OCR data

Prescription scanning uses best-effort OCR (optical character recognition). Extracted values are always shown to you for review before being saved, see the Prescription Data Notice for details.

Camera and virtual try-on

Camera video used for virtual try-on is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers by default. See the Camera Privacy Notice.

Payments

Payment details are handled by our configured payment provider, not stored on our servers. See Shipping and Returns for related policies.
